This group consists of newly formed, 501(c)(3) community based, tax-exempt organizations. Agencies in this group are given technical assistance to launch their organizations. They also share an office suite at UBF's headquarters during an "incubation" period to manage, conduct day-to-day operations and schedule organizational meetings for their agency.
